Produced in the mid 1950's by the Ideal company the Ideal 35 was original sold as either a cola or milk vendor. The only difference between the milk and cola versions were the rack assembly and coin mechs. Unlike the Ideal 55, the 35 is not as easy to find. Also although the Ideal 55 was produced machines for were 7up, Coke Cola, Pepsi, Hires, Barqs, Double Cola, Squirt, Rc Cola, Nesbits, Mission Orange, Canada Dry,Grand Prize, and others. The Ideal 35 mainly came in Coke, Rc Cola, and un-embossed brands. Just like the Ideal-55 the Ideal-35 is known as slider because once you deposit a coin you must "slide" your cola along the rack to release it.
