Neon lighting, especially the glass tubes, are very fragile. From our experience, we can be sure that shipping via 'regular' mail (parcel delivery) will, as always, result in broken neons. That is why we usually send neon lighting on a pallet or we deliver it ourselves when we are nearby with our own transport. Because we try to keep the shipping costs as low as possible, this is calculated separately after the neon has been ordered in our webshop. We hope we can avoid confusion and clarify why we ship these fragile items this way. So keep in mind if you order a neon, that we will contact you for shipping and costs.

If you buy multiple neons, the maximum cost of 1 pallet will be charged. As an indication: the costs within the Netherlands are on average at € 70. We will contact you about the exact price.

You are of course always welcome to pick up the neon lighting in our store in Scheveningen. You can view our large collection of neon lighting there and it saves shipping costs if you come to pick up the neon yourself. ☺️
