Are you curious about the experiences of our customers? We have been allowed to carry the Thuiswinkel Waarborg Certificate for more than 10 years.
Through a collaboration between Thuiswinkel and Kiyoh "Klanten Vertellen" we collect customer reviews.

How we collect reviews.
The reviews on our site are collected by Kiyoh and checked for authenticity. All collected reviews are from customers that made a purchase from us. If this is not the case, for example because products or services were provided free of charge or there was a paid collaboration, then this is clearly apparent from the review. We make every effort to prevent fake reviews by checking whether this person is known to us and request proof of purchase if we do not know the reviewer. Fake reviews will be removed by us and/or Kiyoh.
