230V - 115V Step Down Transformer 400 VA

Due to an increasing voltage of 230 - 235V many of the regular step down transformers deliver a secondary voltage of 120V and more. As the required voltage of 115V is not reached motors, coils, relays, transformers and amplifier components are much more stressed than they should. They wear much faster, get hot and can cause noise or damage. Because of the high power of 400 watts (permanent load) our single-phase auto-transformer can be used not only in vinyl jukeboxes from the 50s, 60s and up but also in golden age jukeboxes from the 30s to the 50s. They are perfect for all kind of vintage electronics like pinball machines, neon signs, slot machines and all kind of coin operated and collectable stuff that you would like to use with the European voltage.
