Andru Donalds (Enigma) – Snowin' Under My Skin (Black Vinyl, 180–200g Audiophile Edition)
Available at Bennies Fifties and the online Fifties Store
Released in 1999, Snowin' Under My Skin marked a new era for Jamaican vocalist Andru Donalds, best known for his collaborations with Michael Cretu’s world-renowned project Enigma. This album was the first full-scale collaboration between Donalds and Cretu, resulting in a beautifully atmospheric blend of downtempo electronics, emotional melodies and Donalds’ unmistakably warm, expressive voice.
The record features Enigma’s signature sound: slow, hypnotic grooves, spacious synth arrangements and deeply immersive production. Tracks such as “Simple Obsession” and “All Out Of Love” became international favorites, while the haunting rendition of “Dream On” (Aerosmith) remains one of the standout interpretations in Donalds’ career.
Maschina Records proudly presents the first-ever vinyl edition of this cult classic, pressed on black 180–200 gram audiophile vinyl with fully restored audio and faithfully reproduced artwork. A must-have for fans of Enigma, atmospheric pop, downtempo and 90’s electronic music.
