The Dutch Pickers
Product information
SIGNED BY ANDY TIELMAN Biography, compiled by Harry Ballemaker in collaboration with the Sir Winston Leisure Group, about the legendary Indo rocker Andy Tielman (born 1936, Makassar). Tielman was initially known as a prominent member of the Tielman Brothers, who caused a lot of furore in the post-war Netherlands and Germany with swirling shows, completely unique guitar playing and who was responsible for the first real Rock 'n Roll that was made on Dutch soil. played. With comments from some good acquaintances, such as Barry Hay (singer of Golden Earring). Andy Tielman had a life and career with many ups and downs, but in recent years he seems to have found balance and happiness with his family (he married a fan), his music, and in his hometown Scheveningen. Illuminated with many color photographs, this has indeed become a hymn, but it is certainly a justified tribute to a living Rock 'n Roll legend of its own, albeit Indian, soil.
