Established in 1981, The Blue Aeroplanes are Bristol's longest-standing band, inspiring post-punk and alt-rock acts like R.E.M., Radiohead, and Manic Street Preachers. Their 1991 album 'Beatsongs', now remastered for Record Store Day, features hits like 'Yr Own World', 'Fun', 'Colour Me', and a cover of Paul Simon's 'The Boy In The Bubble'. This 2x140g clear vinyl edition, with expanded artwork and B-sides, honors their legacy.
