Dolly Parton – A Holly Dolly Christmas (Silver Vinyl) LP

Limited Edition • Silver Vinyl • 1LP • 12 Tracks • Warner Records • Country / Christmas

Available at Bennies Fifties and the online Fifties Store

A Holly Dolly Christmas is the festive holiday album from country icon Dolly Parton. Originally released in 2020, it was her first full Christmas album in thirty years. This special Silver Vinyl edition, released on October 6, 2023, presents the original twelve-track album on a single silver-coloured LP.

The album combines Christmas favourites with original material and an impressive selection of special guests. Dolly's goddaughter Miley Cyrus joins her on Christmas Is, while Michael Bublé appears on Cuddle Up, Cozy Down Christmas. The record also features Willie Nelson, Billy Ray Cyrus, Jimmy Fallon and Dolly's brother Randy Parton.

Traditional seasonal favourites such as Holly Jolly Christmas and I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus sit alongside songs closely connected to Dolly's own Christmas world. Christmas On The Square shares its title with her 2020 holiday film, while tracks such as Circle Of Love and Comin' Home For Christmas bring her distinctive country style to the festive season.

Willie Nelson joins Dolly for Pretty Paper, while Billy Ray Cyrus appears on Christmas Where We Are. All I Want For Christmas Is You features Jimmy Fallon, and the original album closes with Dolly's rendition of Mary, Did You Know?.

This Limited Edition is pressed on Silver Vinyl and contains the original twelve-track album. It is the single-LP edition, distinct from the expanded Ultimate Edition 2LP, which contains twenty tracks.

The European pressing carries EAN/UPC 0093624854500 / 093624854500, with European retailers listing Warner Records for this 2023 silver-vinyl edition.

A wonderful seasonal addition for fans of Dolly Parton, country music, Christmas records and coloured vinyl.
