Product information
Two classic albums, available in stereo for the first time! "For LP Fans Only," released in February 1959, features songs that had previously been released as singles or EPs in earlier years, including classics like "That's All Right," "Lawdy Miss Clawdy," "Mystery Train," and the song "Poor Boy" from the "Love Me Tender" soundtrack. "A Date with Elvis," released in July 1959, follows the same compilation principle, gathering tracks that had been released as singles or EPs in previous years. It includes more Elvis classics like "Blue Moon of Kentucky" and "Good Rockin' Tonight." The stereo mixes on this CD, the latest in a series of Mono to Stereo reissues created by producer Anthony Stuchbury, are much more authentic than the original Mono versions, allowing listeners to experience these 20 songs as if they had been originally mixed in stereo.
