The self-titled Fantastique album stands as one of the brightest and most joyful Euro-disco / synthpop gems of the early 1980s. Known for their sunny melodies, catchy arrangements and carefree atmosphere, Fantastique quickly became a fan favorite. Their songs even appeared on the famous Melodies flexi-discs — a hallmark of popular European acts of the era.
This new Maschina Records edition presents, for the very first time, the complete Fantastique catalogue collected on one LP, including three additional tracks that were not featured on the original album. It is the definitive edition of this classic project from the Cat Music production team (Video Kids, Digital Emotion, The Monotones, and more).
The black vinyl version is one of three available color variants — black, red and yellow — making it ideal both for casual buyers and vinyl collectors. With uplifting tracks like Mama Told Me, Costa Blanca and Maria No Mas, this album delivers pure 80s sunshine and nostalgic energy.
