Product information
Extra Texture (Read All About It) is George Harrison’s sixth studio album, originally released in 1975. The record marked a new musical direction for Harrison, blending soulful influences with his signature rock and pop songwriting.
The album features standout tracks such as You, This Guitar (Can’t Keep from Crying) and Ooh Baby (You Know That I Love You). With its warm production, expressive vocals and melodic guitar work, Extra Texture captures Harrison experimenting with a more soulful and polished sound during the mid-1970s.
For Record Store Day 2026, this classic album returns as a special zoetrope vinyl edition. The animated design creates a unique visual effect when the record spins on a turntable, making this LP both a musical highlight and a striking collector’s item for George Harrison fans, Beatles collectors and vinyl enthusiasts.
