Product information
Limited Edition Crystal Clear Gatefold Double Vinyl.
Following a tumultuous couple of years characterized by internal discord, Madness reunited in a Cricklewood industrial unit earlier this year. Suggs, Mark, Chrissy Boy, Mike, Lee, and Woody discovered that their common bonds were more significant than their differences. This realization sparked a revitalized energy, and the band experienced their most cohesive recording session to date. The outcome was a unanimous agreement on a brand-new album, "Theatre Of The Absurd Presents C’est La Vie." This marks Madness' first venture into self-production, collaborating with engineer and mixer Matt Glasbey (known for his work with Ed Sheeran, Maisie Peters, Rag’N’Bone Man). The guiding principle behind the album was to "let Madness be Madness," resulting in a collection of 14 timeless and brilliant songs that not only showcase the band's musical prowess but also reflect the quirky journey of its creation during those challenging years.
