Original Vintage Tokheim 300 Gas Pump Mobilgas / Mobil Diesel – USA

An impressive piece of original American petroliana: an authentic Tokheim 300 gas pump from the United States, retaining its historic Mobil branding and wonderful aged appearance. This is not a modern decorative reproduction, but a genuine vintage American service station pump.

The cabinet has been preserved with its beautiful original aged patina. Years of paint wear, fading, surface corrosion and signs of use remain clearly visible, giving the pump the authentic character collectors look for. Various historic Mobil Premium, Mobil Regular and Mobil Diesel Fuel markings can still be seen on the pump.

Behind the glass is the classic mechanical Tokheim computing display, showing This Sale, Gallons and Price Including Tax. Importantly, the original pumping mechanism is still present inside the cabinet. It has not been tested and is sold as non-working. The pump is therefore offered as a collectible and decorative object rather than functioning fuel-dispensing equipment.

For display purposes, the lighting has been made operational. On top is an illuminated replica Mobilgas globe, featuring the iconic red Pegasus and Mobilgas lettering. When illuminated, the globe gives the complete pump the unmistakable appearance of a classic American filling station.

The hose, nozzle and numerous period details further add to its character. Rather than being heavily restored, the pump retains the scars and patina accumulated during its working life, making every surface part of its history.

A spectacular centerpiece for a serious petroliana or automobilia collection, and equally impressive in a garage, mancave, showroom, American diner, bar or commercial interior.
