A Foot In The Door: The Best Of Pink Floyd is an outstanding 2LP compilation offering a career-spanning introduction to the extraordinary music of Pink Floyd. From the band's psychedelic beginnings to landmark recordings from The Dark Side Of The Moon, Wish You Were Here, The Wall and beyond, this collection brings together many of their most celebrated tracks.

Originally released in 2011 as part of the Why Pink Floyd...? campaign, A Foot In The Door was later given a deluxe vinyl release combining remastered audio with an impressive physical presentation.

The collection opens with Hey You and moves through classics including See Emily Play, Another Brick In The Wall Part 2 and Have A Cigar, immediately demonstrating the remarkable range of Pink Floyd's catalogue.

The Dark Side Of The Moon is represented by Time, The Great Gig In The Sky, Money and Brain Damage, while the Wish You Were Here era contributes the timeless title track and Shine On You Crazy Diamond (Parts 1-5).

Another highlight is Comfortably Numb, featuring some of David Gilmour's most celebrated guitar work. Later Pink Floyd is represented by Learning To Fly and the majestic High Hopes.

The collection concludes with Echoes, the epic composition originally released on Meddle, making this much more than a conventional greatest-hits package.

This edition is pressed across two 180-gram vinyl records and features remastered audio. The distinctive artwork was created by StormStudios, continuing Pink Floyd's famous tradition of striking visual presentation.

An essential double album for established fans and an excellent starting point for anyone discovering the music of Pink Floyd on vinyl.
