Product information
Pink Floyd At Pompeii MCMLXXII by Pink Floyd captures the legendary live performances from the iconic concert film recorded in the ancient Roman amphitheatre of Pompeii in 1971.
Performed without an audience in a stunning historical setting, the recording became one of the most unique and influential live performances in rock history. The album blends psychedelic rock, progressive rock and experimental soundscapes with extended instrumental passages and atmospheric improvisations.
Featuring remarkable performances of tracks such as Echoes, A Saucerful Of Secrets and One Of These Days, the release perfectly showcases Pink Floyd’s innovative and visionary sound during this era.
