Product information
"The Beach Boys" is based on interviews with various stakeholders, including Brian Wilson and Al Jardine. Behind the flawless vocals and the platinum records went however, there is a lot of tragedy. In their younger years the brothers Brian, Carl and Dennis Wilson terrorized by their father. Later they lost themselves in drugs, booze and other self-destructive behaviors. Contacts with notorious criminals, grueling arguments and endless lawsuits did the rest. Still, the band rejoined in 2012 each other for a successful tour and an all around acclaimed album.
