Product information
Some Candy Talking is one of the most iconic tracks by The Jesus And Mary Chain, originally released in 1986. The song became a defining moment in the band’s early career, capturing their signature blend of noise pop, post-punk and shoegaze influences.
With its mix of distorted guitar feedback, hypnotic rhythms and melodic hooks, the track perfectly represents the band’s raw yet atmospheric sound that influenced generations of alternative artists.
To celebrate its 40th Anniversary, this classic single is reissued for Record Store Day 2026 as a 12-inch vinyl edition pressed on striking red vinyl. A must-have for fans of The Jesus And Mary Chain, alternative rock collectors and vinyl enthusiasts.
