Todd Rundgren – A Cappella 40th Anniversary (Orange Vinyl)

LP – Limited Edition – Record Store Day Black Friday 2025
Available at Bennies Fifties and the online Fifties Store

To celebrate the 40th anniversary of Todd Rundgren’s pioneering 1985 album A Cappella, this special Record Store Day Black Friday 2025 edition presents the record in a newly remastered version, pressed on transparent orange vinyl and limited to a one-time production run.

When first released, A Cappella stunned critics and audiences alike with its bold, experimental concept: Rundgren crafted the entire album using only his voice, digitally processing and layering it to create melodies, rhythms, harmonies and percussive effects. The result is a genre-defying work that remains ahead of its time even four decades later.

This exclusive RSD edition features upgraded sound, a deluxe newly-designed sleeve, and fresh liner notes exploring the making of this innovative album. A must-have for fans, collectors, and connoisseurs of visionary pop production.
