Why real neon and not LED?

LED may be modern, but real neon has soul.
Each sign is made of hand-shaped glass tubes, filled with noble gases that produce a smooth, continuous glow.

Benefits of real neon:

Authentic, warm illumination

Handcrafted with precision and care

Timeless design with depth and character

Durable and made to last

True 1950s atmosphere

At Bennies Fifties, we only use real glass neon, crafted by artisans who preserve this traditional art form.

Craftsmanship with heritage

Every Wurlitzer “Johnny One Note” neon is handmade, from the bending of the glass tubes to the gas-filling process.
The result: a unique, glowing artwork that celebrates music and nostalgia in equal measure.
